The designer of the "Project Management Suite" software, Pat Whelan was the CEO of a commercial General Contractor for 18 years. For the first ten years the firm engaged exclusively in Tenant Build Out work contracting 120 - 135 projects per year. In years 11-14 the firm began to transition to a mix of Tenant Build Out and Ground Up projects. By years 15-18 the firm contacted 25 -30 projects per year with the majority of sales being in Ground Up work.

Having the CEO of a commercial contracting firm with experience in such varied types of construction projects was invaluable during the design process. A foundation of practical experience brought together technology and wisdom to produce real automated solutions for the tasks Project Managers face.

In 2004 Pat Whelan sold his construction firm allowing him to become the President of Paskr, LLC.
