Design of the "Project Management Suite" software has been ongoing since 1999. The software has been in Beta testing by a commercial Contractor on Ground Up, Tenant Build Out and Multi-Family projects for two years.

During this time the CEO of the contracting firm provided the issues faced by large and small contractors. The issues, as set by a Contractor, became the driving force directing the design of the "Project Management Suite" software.

Only after being used on real projects and the performance approved by the Contractor where modules considered ready for market.

Developing software from a Contractor's point of view allowed real project management problems and solutions to be taken into account. Problems are not solved by what is easiest for programmers to code or from an accounting point of view that provides little or no flexibility.

We believe this type of design approach produces what contractors really need for themselves and the entire project team.
