Your company websites will be completed within 10 business days of the order placement. To inquire about set-up pricing, please go to the Contact Us page. If you do not have a license to use AIA documents, a license must be purchased and proof of purchase provided before you can access your sites.

When your sites are up you will be charged monthly website hosting at a rate of $70.00 per month, fax usage at 0.15 per document and a small fee for contracted only projects. Contact us for the complete pricing structure and costs you can be sure of from year to year.

Included in this initial set up fee are the following.

• Populating the Contacts module from your current location to your site.
• Graphics of your company logo on all reports.
• 3 hours of phone support to help you understand how to export your cost codes and contacts data.
• Website creation for General Contractor, Property Owners, Tenants, Engineers, Owners Representatives, Subcontractors and Superintendents.
• Creating login views for the different types of vendors or customers.
• 8 hours training via the internet with 10 student per session limit.
